Primary Job Duties

Demonstrates competence in sterilization, handling of sterile supplies and machines, and all facets of sterile processing (on-the-job training provided)

Demonstrates competence with our computer software system (on-the-job training provided)

Initiates cleaning and restocking of all work areas and assists with putting supplies away as necessary

Has administrative skills and experience to assist with ordering and inventory

Coordinates logistics between office locations and vendors to deliver products for patient appointments

Works at an efficient and productive pace, handles interruptions appropriately, and meets deadlines

Communicates and interacts in a respectful and professional manner

Prioritizes workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of daily operations

Complies with all applicable laws and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)

Works independently with minimal supervision

Is able to travel to all work locations as needed (Eden Prairie, Chaska, Waconia, and Minnetonka)

Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency

Able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
